Due Diligence and Audit

Locri understands that the biggest exposure to Modern Day Slavery is within the recruitment process and undertake to raise awareness within the business in order to identify any potential situations from the first instance.

The company understands that this requires ongoing review of both its internal practices in relation to its labour force and, additionally, its supply chains. Procedures and guidance are in place for Consultants in identifying and alerting the company of potential hidden labour exploitation.

Locri is committed to not entering into any business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad who knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory behaviour

Exposure to Modern Day Slavery

We have considered the exposure of Locri to modern slavery and human trafficking to be low and relatively limited. However, we will continue to monitor and review and have taken steps to ensure that such practices do not take place in the business or any of the suppliers to the business.

Our supply chains include, IT, Financial, legal, marketing, publishing and printing services. We have reviewed the risk these supply chains can present and consider exposure to modern day slavery to be limited. We do expect suppliers and contractors to demonstrate a zero-tolerance approach to exploitation.

Slavery Compliance Officer

Locri has a Slavery Compliance Officer, to whom all concerns regarding modern slavery should be addressed. They will then be compelled to undertake relevant action with regard to Locri’s responsibilities.
